How are you supposed to catch every Pokemon?

Yes, technically one of the goals of the game given to the Player by the Pokemon Professors is to complete the Pokedex and capture all 493 Pokemon a task that few have completed legitimately due to its near impossibility. Yes, its possible, but not easily. To fill the Pokedex with all legit Pokemon findings would require access to people who have been around as a Pokemon fan for years and have legit even legendaries such as: Deoxys, Celebii, Mew and what not. However, japan has had recent events for Deoxys and Celebii as well. When you complete the Pokedex, you do not get a special Pokemon. There isn't a 494th pokemon you receive for completing the dex, but you do have the pride of knowing you were one of the proud few that did it legitimately. My internet isn't compatible with the DS wifi for Pokemon either however, I solved the eeveelution problem and other similar problems with a Pokemon known as: ditto. Ditto can breed with any Pokemon that has an egg group and Eevee and most other Pokemon do. You then will get a Pokemon egg from the daycare and once you hatch, it'll be an eevee. You can search for ditto on route 47 with the best results of all the other locations. There's a 41% chance of finding him in the wild on route 47 unlike the 10-11% in other places. If you really want to do it, I suggest using a cheating device (the action replay) and looking up a code that will allow you to complete the pokedex. Although, I think it comes with it. However, only if you REALLY want to do it cause there's a chance it could mess up your game forever.

it is called breeding and trading just breed with a ditto and trade with a friend or get another game or a action replay

you have to be able to trade in order to get all of the pokemon. if your router is not compatible, then you can get a USB connector that plugs into your computer and then connects your DS to the internet. as for the eevee problem, you can breed the eevee with a ditto (found on route 34) at the daycare and get as many eggs as you like, and when they hatch they will all be level one eevees, as long as a parent is an eevee or an evolve form of eevee.

The best way to get all the Pokemon is to get a friend to help you. They can catch the Pokemon you don't have in your game(as long as they have the other), and give it to you. As for Eevee, you can catch a Ditto and breed Eevees to get all the Eeveelutions. It may take a long time, but at least it's better than cheating. Same thing with the starters. Some legendary Pokemon can only be obtained through events, though...

If you really want to get every single pokemon i can help, then again you cant trade. so all i can say is go buy an action replay for like $20 an look up codes or i can give you a very useful code.

Hi, You can get at least 5 of the eevee evolutions without needing an internet connection. Just get you original eevee (or whatever you evolved it into) and leave it at the Daycare centre with a ditto. It won't take long and the day care man will phone you and tell you it has laid an egg. You can do this as many times as you need in order to get all the eevee evolutions (except leafeon and Glaceon). You should do the same with Tyrogue, or whatever you evolved that one into to get hitmonlee, hitmonchan and hitmontop. You can get a lot of pokemon in HG/SS without the internet, just do everything. Walk in all the long grass, fish in the lakes, surf across any water surfaces, explore caves, headbutt tree's and talk to anyone you meet. You need to do this at all different times of the day as different pokemon appear at different times. Listen to your pokegear regularly to hear about any mass outbreaks of a pokemon that you wouldn't usually see. Use the safari zone for a lot of pokemon, use the different area's and place LOTS of different objects around the place. And of course use the pokewalker as some pokeon appear on the different routes that you can't get anywhere else. but of course its impossible to get all the pokemon without trading.

There are pokemon that can only be caught in a certain game, so you will have to trade to complete a pokedex. For the eeveelutions, catch a ditto and breed it with eevee. Then evolve each eevee into the different forms.

Yeah it's mostly trading. You can go to a starbucks or mcdonalds and sometimes they have free Wi-Fi. For the Eevee thing. Catch a Ditto and breed. You will get multiple Eevees.
