In Pokemon Diamond, does anyone have the Action Replay code to get all 493 Pokemon (shiny and lv 100) in PC???

• I think its called the Master Code and plz don't tell me that there isn't one because my friend has it, but forgot where he found it. PS.- the only reason im asking this again is because my other question was answered with a codes that would take 5 days straight to get everything i asked 4 and no one has answered since bcause they thought that his answer was what i was looking 4.
