Birthday party around they corner; what activities should I have?

I would set up a big table outside with lots of good foods - candy, finger foods, sodas, A LOT! Have a Hawaiian-themed party so everyone can be outside and have lots of fun. Have lights around the pool and limbo set up. Have relaxing music playing and contests.

I think that you should have a relaxed party with lots of snacks and maybe have an area where people can dance and have fun. Also, you should invite a lot of people if you can.

Door prizes, best bathing suit contest, best diving contest....and if it is at night then spot dances with prizes...everyone likes to win prizes...your party will be a hit!...Have a good one!!!!!!!

It's funny that you should ask this, because just a few weeks ago, I was fretting about the same thing. I eventually decided not to schedule activities because [assuming that your guests are your age] people that age are usually able to entertain themselves, especially if there is a pool and a lot of people. Red Rover and water fights... are... very corny. It's just better to go with the flow. If people are bored, you can suggest random games like Red Rover, or Dare, but it really isn't necessary to plan them.

My daughter just had her 17th B-day party. The theme was Hollywood, cause she's such a Drama Queen. Mostly it was a pool party. Music, eatting and splashing in the pool. they did have a water balloon fight.
