What Otome Games Should I Play?

I've finished Starry Sky in spring and the other Starry Skys are not subbed yet, so what Otome Games can I play that is translated in english.

There's a list of English games here: http://www.otomegames.com/games.shtml there are also some other free english visual novels like Fantasia or Frozen Essence. afaik there are NO other japanese games with fan patches. translation is hard work and takes a lot of people a long time to do, and they all have to be willing to volunteer to work a full job for nothing unless a company is licensing the translation, which they'll only do if enough people are buying the games.
