What should I do for my house warming party?

What are some good house warming party game ideas? what all should I include in the invitation ?

• Me and my fiance are getting our first place but its a town home not an actual house. However we are still going to have a house warming party but its not at our place. It will be at a apartments clubhouse. what kind of fun games could we play? I NEED HELP! also in the invitation would it be to forward to ask for gift cards? should I include a "want" list? any comments would be appreciated:)
