How can i trade pokemon from diamond to pearl in no$gba?

i play pokemon with my sister she has diamond and i have pearl but the problem is that i want a murkrow and a stunky but is in her diamond version and i have to trade it in pearl so we decided that she will catch stunky and murkrow and then she will traded to me for any pokemon but we cannot trade can you please tell me how to do it remember they are two different games one is diamond other is pearl .......can you please tell me how can we trade pokemon in the same computer ??? ....is this possible??? people say it is because a guy in youtube showed me and he did!!! but it was with the same version and ours are different versions ......
