What Long board should I get? Read Details please?

I am a intermediate longboarder and I would like to move up to a better board. I want a board that will allow me to reach my greatest potential and use for a long time. I heard about loaded boards, and was told they are the best. If so, what kind of board/wheels should i get? I would like to be able to carve comfortably and slide like a pro. Also a board that can be used to do some tricks if wanted, but not needed. I am 5 11 and around 150 pounds. If u guys cud let me know what flex and board type/board company I will be very grateful.
