Where can I Trade Pokemon Online?

• one of my friends said that she went to a website and trade pokemon when you havent even seen them yet. like, you know how when you go to the GTS, and you seek a pokemon, you can only trade one that you have already seen. like if you want arceus, and theres a ? in the Pokedex where hes supposed to be, then you cant trade for him at the GTS. that what i mean. (sorry if its connfusing) but anyway, my friend said that they went to that website and you didnt need to see the Pokemon to trade them. then she said they took that site off or something and they go to a different site. it was Game--- something. (Exa,ple: Gamespot, Gamefaq) those kind of sites. it might have been Gamespot, but i dont remember.

  http://www.serebii.net/index2.shtml go to this, or just type serebii in google and then go to the wi fi chat, according to my resources this is where you can talk to people if you want to battle or trade pokemon you haven't seen in your dex. There is alot of members 300+. There is also forums.
