Where can I get a vending machine for snacks and sodas and arcade games for under $1000 for home use?

We're moving into our first home this summer in Dumfries, VA, which is a new construction with a HUGE finished basement (15'x33')! We want to make part of it a game room, complete with a floor vending machine for snacks and sodas (a combo preferably) and two classic floor arcade games like Pac Man, Donkey Kong, Q-Bert, whatever we can find that's old school. We also want to stay under $1000 per machine (no more than $3000 for all three pieces). Any suggestions. I am Googled out! Thanks!
