Ideas for a teenage girl's "Amazing Race" birthday party?

  • The party is for my friend, age 13, and it will be a surprise. I am having the party at a local forest preserve and I need ideas for safe, unviolent tasks for the Amazing Race birthday party. Help please?

    1. Team Rock climb+ Divide everyone into two groups. Put a flag at the top of two large rocky areas that are difficult to climb. First team to get their flag wins one point. There are 9 events each worth 1 point. At the end of the b-day party, the winning team gets a prize. Adds fun and competition. (First thing is an example of an event)

Well they do eat "hard to eat" things on Amazing race, like a whole bowl of spicy stuff, or just something that looks gross! You could have a scavenger type hunt! You could rig something up that they have to pull, like they had to pull really heavy rocks back and forth on that show! Good luck with party!
