Do you mean on Millsberry? If so, here's what you do: Make sure you have your classes at 100%, your stats are highlighted green, and you completed your task. Click on the sensei when you've done all of these things.

On millsberry make sure yo upasse deverything.Click Visit Dogo and see if everything is green if it is red that is what you have to fix.

there are a lot of belts in different marshal arts , so i will go with what i think you are on about karate !!! karate train hard an you will get there only one away you've prov in that you are dedicated to this so you are nearly there any way, you just have to push that little bit harder an you will get your black belt .. good luck ..
