Boy-Girl birthday party games/ideas for preteens?

• I'm a girl turning 12 this December (yea planning ahead of time). It's gonna be a Girl-boy party but with like 5 guys and 20 girls lol. What are some games and ideas? Like what should be in the gift bags, what games should we play, what theme (or no theme)? Like everything. I've never had a boy-girl party before, and i have LOTS of friends this year, soooo its alot of people...and we're having the party @ my house. IDEAS PLEASE!!! thanks in advance :P

  Hi! Well I hope I can help out! I'm 13 and have gone through this many times before. SO. In the gift bags maybe you could put a five-dollar Starbucks gift card and one or two Jolly Ranchers. For the guys, def. bring out the Wii or any other video game systems you might have for spare time, so they don't get bored. You probably shouldn't have a theme, as not to exclude the guys. Blue and green or striped plates and cups, etc. are good colors for both guys and girls. You could get a pinata- that's good for everyone. You could also play this really fun (and cost free!) game: Okay, you start with everyone having a piece of paper. Before the party, fold each paper into five sections, like those paper fans. In the corner of the top section, write HAT, in the second HEAD, the third Upper Torso (for the shirt and arms) the fourth LOWER TORSO (pants) and in the last SHOES. Each person passes their paper around to the person next to them (After writing their name on their original paper) and then you start a timer for, say, two minutes. Everyone, in that two minutes, draws a hat in the top section, folding the other sections under it so they can't see. After everyone has drawn a hat, pass it again, and then everyone will draw a head, etc. You get the idea. When you get the original papers back to the original people, unfold them all, and you'll burst out laughing. You could have a cowboy hat, an alien head, a flowery shirt, a pair of cargos, and tennis shoes, simply because no one knows what the person before them has drawn. This is a really fun game for everyone, you should def. try it. Have fun!!!!!
