How can i create an app for mac, iphone, ipod touch and ipad?

im using a mac and iv been wanting to create an app for ages that can be released to the mac app store and the app store for iphone, ipod touch and ipad does anyone know how i can do it i really want to make high quality games not 2d crappy pixelated graphic games if anyone knows please tell me
