Get pizza, chips, and pop. Just hang out at your party, play truth or dare. Prank call ppl.

Well "Desperate B-Day Girl" you and my sister should be friends! My sister just turned 13 and she didn't want much but she loves clothes and that is what she spent all her money on I think. Anyways me an my brothers all pinched in our money to buy her a Nintendo Wii and she never thought she'd find herself touching a controller but she and her friend were pulled in. The Wii is a video system perfect for these sorts of occasions, small, casual parties. they onyl run at 250 dollars plus tax but you're rally getting a system that is worth 500 dollars in my opinion. IF you intend to buy one, buy super smash brothers brawl...

ther are many fun games to play at parties, but alot og them need alot of people to play!! Look up fun games on yahoo or google.!!!!!

Pick all your favorite chick flicks and have a movie marathon. Maybe go to the store and pick out some fun face masks and nail polish and such and do make-overs and manicures. I never had a 13th birthday party... but just throwin those ideas out there. Edit: Hahahaha. I just read your edit. Sorry! Let's try this again... Have a bonfire and make s'mores. Glow sticks are fun! Sneak out and toilet paper someone. Go on an adventure in the woods and the park. Go to the mall and do one of those photo booth things. Sleep outside in tents. Play flashlight tag, sardines, manhunt, etc. Take silly pictures. Good luck and have fun (: (:

I went to NYC for my 13th birthday, too! It was AWESOME! I would probably do something outdoors, at night. Take glow sticks and put then in jars around your yard, and use glow-in-the-dark frisbees. My friends and I enjoy just talking about random things, and we always end up laughing. Try just talking about crazy things. At a friend's party, we filled waterguns with soda and fruit punch. It was messy, and sticky, but so much fun! You should try that, or fill water balloons with soda. Don't forget to have your favorite cake! That's always important. You could order pizza, chinese, or find a random recipe online and everyone can help make that for a meal. We did that one year, and it turned out to be a HUGE mess, but it was so delicious!
