Where can I get a water stone in Pokemon Heart Gold?

I just got an Eevee, and I REALLY want a Vaporeon. I'm guessing I need a water stone to get one. Can I buy it, or is it not that easy? -_-

That`s the exact same question I had before, all you have too do is go too the Bug Catching Contest by Goldenrod and win 1st place but you can win any evolution stone (Except Moon Stone) so it might take a while that is the only way until the Celadon Department store than you can buy it :)

the pokelathon, thats how i got my fire stone for growlithe, it cost 2500 points but i got it in like 1 hour so its not too hard, the items u can buy r different each day
