How do I make a miniature city?

Pokemon Diamond - How to make gym leader appear in Hearthome city? (English version), plus additional help?

• pokemon diamond version driving me crazy. i went to a pokemon diamond message board to try and get help. im not getting any answers. Please take ur time answering One girl is missing her Suite Key. I dont know where to find it for her. There is a pokemon (Psyducks) bunch of them blocking a path in one city, i dont know how to flush them out. To get to Sunyshore city, a guy says the city has blocked out, he is not letting anyone pass through. I dont know what to do with that. There is a gym leader missing in Heartholme (city). I dont know what to do, in order for her to appear back in the gym, so i can battle her for a 5th gym badge. I only have 4 gym badges. If you guys know anyone who can read this post and try to help me get through, i would really appreciate it. I'm on pins and needles, i talk to every npc in the pokemon cities in the game, i can't find a way to finish the ending of the game here. i can't find any answers through google or anything at the moment, thank you

  For the Suite Key, I haven't found it yet but I don't think it is necessary (she might just give you a potion or something). The Psyducks are there to block your way much like how Sudowoodo blocked the way to Ecruteak City in Gold/Silver. You need the Secret Medicine given to you by your 'friend' near the lake (forgot the name) closest to the place where the girl is missing her Suite Key. Speak to the guys (after doing some chasing after a grunt) guarding the entrance and he/she will appear. She'll give you th medicine and a sort of charm. Then go to the Psyducks and use the Secret Medicine and they will walk away. The charm will be useful later on in Celestic Town. Sunyshore City is supposed to be blocked until you catch Dialga/Palkia. Once you do, he will be gone. Finally, in Hearthome (Yosuga) City, you need to find her outside the Contest Hall before you actually get to verse her in the gym. Talk to her and she will walk away. I think you can do this BEFORE you even get the third badge when you bypass this city but you still don't get to verse her, though she will be versable (is that a word?) once Crasher Wake is defeated without finding her. Finally (I know you'll get stuck on this, even though you haven't been there yet), you can find Volkner of Sunyshore City gym in the lighthouse looking at the Elite Four building through a pair of binoculars. You can look through it yourself. Have fun!
