Pokemon diamond?

I have a problem with both pokemon diamond and pokemon ranger. I just transferred the Manapy egg from pokemon ranger to pokemon diamond. I followed the instructions on pokemon ranger and the manapy egg was transferred. After this, I went back to pokemon diamond but I could not find the Manapy egg. I have just started playing pokemon diamond today. Can someone just tell me what happened to the Manapy egg since I couldn't find it on my key items, PC and party?

Lol, I know the problem! You have to go to any pokemart in sinnoh and there will be a man. Talk to him and get the egg! =), best answer would be appreciated. Then walk steps to hatch it. breed with a ditto to get a phione. The steps to hatch manaphy is 2560, so iget out your pokeradar thingy and check how many steps your walking. Actually, give best answer to pajthagri, please. I copied him... He is the next answer.
