Can my pc run Crysis 2,assassins creed brotherhood with high graphics?

  Hard Disk doesn't matter, video card is the most important, followed by processor and RAM. Those are the only 3 things that matter. As for your videocard, it is quite old, and definitely isn't going to play new games like Crysis 2 and Brotherhood on High. They probably won't even run on low. See the source I posted for some benchmarks on your card having trouble playing old games like command & conquer and counter-strike. Based on your specs, you need a whole new computer to play these games, especially on high. Upgrading your video card can sometimes help, but if your card is that old, you are probably going to run into similar issues with the other components of your PC, and should just get a new one.
