Where can i find the HM "Rock Climb" in Pokemon: Diamond?

Rock Climb can be found on the way to Snowpoint City. Try to find a house in the route in which there is a huge blizzard. It is easy to miss the house, so try to comb the area thoroughly. You can find the HM behind the house.

Its in the house on the left side of the route near Snowpoint (in the blizzard). The guy gives it to u. There is another TM just north of his house on the ground too (Hail/Blizzard TM maybe?).
