go to download.com and download a program called limewire and install it, but be careful it may be illegal to download certain files. Or download imesh- you can download whole albums quickly and easily- but they expire.

you can try going to limewire.com and if you've tried that than just restart your comp and try it again..if that doesn't work than you might wanna check for spyware or viruses
