Does a boloon inflated with 1 cubic foot of air, exert a buoyancy force equal to 1 cubic feet if submerged?

the ballon is submerged at 20 meters (66 feet0 depth . water pressure ta that depth is 45psi. will the ballon continue to exrt the same lift force or will it lessen it force due to the compression of the air caused by the water's surrounding pressure. i.e. how much does air get compressed at that depth...and if compressed does it still retain it's lift force equal to its volume outside the water?
