How does the EU plan to expand in the years to come?

it will all eventually probably become 'the world' And at that instant we will be exactly in the same position as we were when there was no 'Common Market' created.............. in fighting, disregard of other countries issues etc etc. In fact we are probably at that stage now.... weve certainly got the arrogant politicians already anyway!. Anyone read Animal Farm ????

I don't know; they should add Turkey, but they do not want a Muslim country....snobs.

It all started with lot of pomp and show. It proved to be a damp squib with nations wrangling with each other. There are obstructions at each stage. I am not a pessimist but the prospect does not look good. Poor Turkey is waiting in the wings. I doubt if it will ever be part of EU. So wither EU?

By economicly destroying the rest of the world.

Three more countries join next year and I hope turkey will be allowed to join. Beyond that I cannot see much growth but it is suppose to add stability and safety to those involved.
