  Not much different than today. The massive continental drift that separated the continents has slowed as the earth has cooled from its formation. They are still moving, just not as fast. The Baja California peninsula, and the western part of California to a point just north of San Fransisco is sliding north at a couple of inches per year. The eastern coast of Africa is pealing apart in a process that created the Indian plate, the Island of Madagascar, and the great Rift Valley. In a few million years, the Rift Valley will be flooded by the Indian Ocean and form another Island parallel to Madagascar. The Indian sub-continental plate is still moving north into Asia, causing the Himalaya mountains to rise a few inches per decade.
