  Near Golf las americas and the hospital is a large stadium but obviously you want something smaller. There are some smaller courts nearby. They might not be public but I don't know. I walked past some pretty decent looking ones when I was there a few weeks ago, they aren't too far away from the stadium. Calle Arenales, or Calle Lederas del espejo, or somewhere round there. If that sounds too vague, then look for Granada Park, that is where we stayed, and we walked down to Starco/central playa de las americas a few times (calle meandros, calle lederas del espejo, etc). We walked past a set of courts and saw another, before we got to the stadium. It took us about half an hour to walk down to starco. That should help you figure out distances. And go on google maps satellite view!
