How do I get rid of protein in my urine?

If you get a urine or blood test, and there is "protein leakage" ?

    source of body proteins is ur muscles ,,so if there is a preotein in ur urine , i think this means a muscle breakdown.and this can result from many causes, one of them is that ur body needs fuel and u exhausted all fat ,so body will switch to protein breakdown [a physiological cause] but still there will be a pathological causes [and i have no idea about them]

protein in your urine is not good. if your body was breaking down your muscles for protein, then it wouldnt let any protein go through your urine. If you are a long distance runner and you just happen to get a urine test, you might find a little protein in your urine and you shouldnt worry too much. But if this isnt the first time, or if you arent a long distance runner, then you could have a problem with your kidneys. Proteins are big molecules and shouldnt pass through your kidneys. If there are proetins in the urine I wonder if there is also glucose in the urine too. If there is also glucose in the urine that is bad and you should really see a doctor.

it means you have protein in your blood. Mostly likely it is caused by a UTI (urinary tract infection) If you have burning during urination or any other issues when going to the restroom you sohuld see a doctor
