Do maggots get drunk when you bury an alcoholic?

Is there anyway to keep my body from being ate by maggots when i die?

  • I asked my mom to bury me in the wall so I don't get ate by maggots, but she said they STILL get ate, so is there anyway I can get buried without getting eaten nor cremated? I HATE BUGS! lmaao sorry if this sounds retarded...its a big fear of mine though. oh and is the only way cremation?

    You could make your feelings known in your will, and your instructions to the funeral director. They can probably pump your corpse so full of preservatives that no bug would EVER want to take a bite. Or you could spend thousands upon thousands of dollars to make sure your casket is completely impervious to moisture, crushing, leaks of any kind, etc., and then have your burial vault filled with concrete as a further precaution. That way NOTHING -- not even a nuclear holocaust -- will bother your eternal rest. But all this will be really REALLY expensive. Is your bug phobia more important than your survivor's financial well-being?

Honey, if you are talking about your mom, then you are way to young to worry about this. Enjoy life. Laugh, play, watch the sunset, walk in the rain, smell flowers, listen to the birds singing in the morning, fall in love. Your life is an enormous cup waiting to be filled up with wonderful memories. After you die I think you should be concerned where your eternal soul will go not your shell that will eventually decompose you're afraid of maggots eating a dead body but you are not afraid of the almighty God that can throw you eternally into a lake of fire, i think fire trumps maggots.I'll pray for you.
