Yes, it is highly likely. Bearing several siblings at once is often a matter of your family genes. If you have ancestors or close relatives who produced twins, the probability that you will do so yourself is high. This does not apply to the birth of triplets and quadruplets and the like, which are often the product of in-vitro fertilisation. To be sure that at least one kid is accepted by the uterus, doctors often implant several fertilised ovula at once; sometimes they are lucky and all of them are accepted by the uterus. This has nothing to do with genetics.

It is highly likely as you were born a twin that you could give birth to twins, either identical(from one ovum) or fraternal(two ovum fertilised by two different sperm about the same time) it is also possible for fraternal twins to be born to different fathers if two ovum are released in a cycle and a women has sex with one man and one is fertilized and then a few hours later another man.

Twins do run in families, but it's more common for twins to skip a generation. For example, the fact that your mum is not a twin, but is closely related to twins and has had you and your twin would suggest, mathematically, that you or your twin would have twins as grandchildren rather than twins of your own. However, all of these things are chance so there's no way to tell!! :D
