How can i increase my intelligence and concentration?

    The ability to concentrate is a learned trait which can be improved with practice. Try this: 1) Get a kitchen timer 2) Get an assignment or set aside a period to study 3) First, decide how much time it takes for you to start to lose your concentration ie 20 min 4) Once you have timed yourself in terms of when you start to lose your concentration, now set your timer 10 min past that ie 30 min and make sure you are focused for the full 30 minutes - do this for a week 5) Continue to increase your increments by 10 min until you reach 60 min.....50 min is my limit with a 10 min break (coffee, walk, etc) then back to the books In regards to your IQ, this can also be improved by taking classes. If your talking specific intelligence test, then drawing (3d spacing), mathematics, geometry, english, chemistry, etc will all lend itself to increasing your IQ.
