What Is The Deepest Sea?

Which animals have sea stars in their diet? What could have eaten a BIG FAT SEA STAR ???

I was snorkeling with a girl friend ... Snorkeled through some sea stars eating... picked some up.. (all were with their stomachs out - eating and I believe more vulnerable)... When returning (same route) one of the sea stars was freshly eaten... (broken in pieces) ... At least 5 min before, we saw a big (one foot +) "porcupine fish" also called "globe fish" ... I harrased him so it got inflated... Girlfriend loved it! - COULD IT BE A NURSE SHARK or other shark or a globe fish that ate the SEA STAR??? - forgot to say , my girlfriend had her period... which made me decide to return sooner... thats when we came across the EATEN SEA STAR... I was paddling to shore behind her ... she had the NITRO & turbo ON!!! Was fun!!!

the answer my dear, depends on WHERE you were swimming! here in Northern California the sea otter eats sea stars. Seals and sea lions do, too, I'm pretty sure.
