How do I delete music playing from another User account on the same computer from one account?

I'm on my brothers computer and he logged it off (admin) and Im using another account so Im on his computer atm but his music is playing and I want to play my own hes not in the house atm so I need to know how to take it off from one of my accounts, his folders arent accessible frmo computer > os C: > users > brother ... all I can access is his music folder and open his music and play it frmo this account but I can't delete the music thats playing on his acc, i need help and would love it if u guys can help me, thanks ALOT!
