What's better on your eyes while reading - natural light (sunlight) or artificial light (light inside)?

I always find it relaxing to read outside in the sun. As for which one is better? I don't think there is really a difference.

I like to read outside sometimes. If it is too sunny, I can't do this for long, because my eyes begin to tire of the brightness. Ideally, I like a combination of both natural light and artificial light. My guess is that artificial light is better on the eyes, but I'm not sure.

Sunlight is always better, unless it's glaring on the page in the hot summer. Get in the shade then.

neither is better for you eyes. It is just a personal preference. I like the sun

It depends for me we can't sit under sun in winter but in summer the sun is very bright I can't read. it gives me headach if Itried. once I went to park in summer for study but I sat under an seremic umbrella (in shadow) that time it was good and fine. but directly in sun light it would give me headach. but it's depend on your on condition. and I always find white tube light better for study. the yellow bulb also gives me headach.

light inside is better for your eyes because it doesnt have radiation from the sun wich in time your eyes will get weaker from this,that is why doctors and eye specialist say to wear sunglasses in the sun.
