    First of all, you asked list of questions that a molecular biology for Forensic criminology people. I will try to answer some question. 1. DNA can be extracted by breaking cells and using solvents that will make DNA as long strands , just like cotton threads. 2. take cells and use liquid nitrogen to break cells. 3. DNA runs through some chemical beads due to electrophoretic movements you can seperate DNA based on its molecular weight. 4. DNA analysis is mostly fool proof and is highly dependent on quality and quantity.
