Sharp pain in lower abdomen before a bowel movement?

Back and Abdomen Pain?

• I have been having dull, achy pain in my right lower abdomen and back for about six months along with a very heavy period, bloating, fatigue, and symptoms like urinary tract infection. I went to an Urgent Care about two months ago and he stated that my urine looked fine, however there were a lot of white blood cells so he gave me Cipro to clear it up. Well the problems persisted and this past weekend the pain became so excruiating that I went to the ER. Again, urine was clear. Short CT Scan only showed constipation. He prescribed miralax four times a day and I was able to have a bowel movement, though not much. Doing my own research, I found that many of these symptoms are present with ovarian cancer so I went to see my GYN on yesterday. He sent me for an intravaginal ultrasound today and the Tech stated it looked ok and the Dr. will call me in a few days. I am still in a lot of pain and wonder if anyone else has any ideas on what this might be. I am an otherwise healthy 33 year old. I have not had any bloodwork done other than Hemoglobin check and that was very high 18.3, along with my blood pressure, which is normally low.

  I don't necessarily know what to say about that, perhaps you've got a cyst or some other form of mass putting pressure on your kidney.. I'm not the best diagnostician around, and even that guy can't tell you what's wrong with you over details sent online without doing their own tests.
