What could cause a chronic rash?

Does anyone know what would cause a itchy rash on the throat/neck?

  • I have had the rash for about a month.I use proactiv and its suppose to cause itching, swelling and rash but i don't use it on my neck.I thought maybe it could be something else.Does anyone else use this and have this problem?

    Have you changed perfumes about the same time that the itching started? It could be an allergy to it. That happened to me once with Curve for women when it first came out. If so, stop using the perfume for a few weeks and see if the itching goes away. In the meantime, use some hydrocortisone or lanacaine cream for the itching.
