Swelling inside my vagina?

  • For the past year or so my periods have been coming a week to a week and a half early every month, and just this past month I started spotting one night but it stopped after a few hours. Two weeks later the inside of my vagina started swelling and there is little round ball inside of it and its too low down to be my cervix, I have taken anatomy in college and I know where the cervix is located and what it should feel like and this ball I feel is not it, it is very painful to touch, it is a sharp stabbing feeling at times and other times the pain is dull it causes my lower back to hurt as well, I am also having severe abdominal cramps. Let me note...I know that it's not just tightening up because I have been having sex with my female partner and I know it's not a yeast infection because there is no dicharge, burning or itching so what could this be?

You won t get a proper diagnosis on here, you really need to see a doctor.

It could be a blood clot or something like that. I'd go and see a doctor to be sure.

You should have gone to a doctor already! Please do not wait. See a doctor and tell them the progression of all symptoms. Get a full physical and blood work up to see what you have. This does not sound good at all. Lumps and pain are two huge red flags. Please take immediate action.
