I have been a fake (i eat fish and dairy stuff) vegetarian for about 3 months, but i just started to be tired all the time... maybe this is too vague, but i thought i'd see what folks have to offer!

Answer:
You need to see your doctor. There are many, many causes for constant tiredness. Most can be treated very simply. Some causes of this can be: vitamin deficiencies, anemia, sleep apnea, hypothyroidism, not sleeping enough...i.e. getting 8 hours when you are the type of person who requires 10, anemia, etc. Please see a doctor to discover the exact cause of your tiredness.

Eventhough you are not a real vegetarian and are still takin in some protein you might not be getting enough to satisfy the recommended daily allowance related to your height and weight. Perhaps you aren't getting enough sleep, are sick, anemic, or stressed out? Perhaps you aren't taking enough water or exercising. It is best you go to your doctor and see what he recommends. And just because you take a multivitamin doesn't mean you won't get sick or have all the energy you need.

One of my teachers is a veagan and he had to have a pacemaker installed because his heart rate was too slow. I'm sure there's a connection to what you're experiencing. Eat more meat!!!

Maybe try drinking more water? I think dehydration can cause tiredness. Also, be sure that you're getting enough protein. I think an easy mistake to make becoming veggie is to replace your typical meaty meals with other carby or starchy foods. That was a mistake I made, anyway.

You need protein, and not just the stuff you get from vitamins. Eat a steak or some chicken. Or maybe you're depressed, it's hard to say...

You are probably lacking in iron. Id go to the doc and see if this is true. Try adding proteins to your diet such as beans, nut and seeds, Peas, beans, lentils, Grains, cereals, rice and wheat protein, tofu, etc... Please don't do this on the fly, go read up and learn before you harm your body. Good Luck
