You can't do anything to make yourself taller -- but I am 29 and still 4' 11" and all my friends are jealous because I am so little and the boys think it is really cute. So just be happy the way you are!

At your age, you're finished growing. Sorry, but the height that you are is the height you are going to be.

You are the perfect height. My wife is 4'11". One of my best girl friend buddy's is 4'11". What's good about it? You can pick ANY guy you want without worry about him being taller. This means you can go for the really intellegent shorter guys (intellegent because they had to learn to survive & compete with the taller guys AND so they studied sciences - and make a LOT more money than their taller sports affiliated men - when they grow up). It's much like being a women in business. You MUST know what you're doing to climb the latter. The tall beautiful ones may get handed opportunities... but as is true with anything in life - if you don't work hard at getting it, you let the opportunities slip away (by incompetence or lack of effort). Be PROUD of who you are. Walk with your head high. It's your attitiude and spunk that will get you noticed. Never EVER think about your height as a limiting factor. Rather, if you must think of height at all, think of how that poor basketball player at 7'4" tall attempts to sit down in a Fast Food place to eat.... Those legs have no where to go. How uncomfortable is that? And then, imagine sitting on an airplane for 5 hours - across country - with no place to move your legs. Now - being short - WOW what leg room you've got!

I don't think it's possible. because the body usually grows till 18 years or 19 Max...there isnt much than just wearing high heels or something. do not fall for any pills because they don't work

i would say no. only way is to go through expensive painful surgery where they cut part of your knee and insert a metal rod.

um you can't you could have helped during your teen years but you've stopped growing so short of wereing heels 24/7. besides guys now days love shorter girls it makes them feel more dominate and you know how we like to be dominate

surgery. it's been done before. a chinese woman has increased her leg length by 3" each leg. she stayed in the hospital for a long time tho and it costly.

you're fine the way you are. you don't need to increase your height, plus there's no way to naturally. embrace your height! you can wear heels :)
