What's a healthy way to gain weight?

Last year, I went down to about 90 pounds...I was 14. I didn't necessarily have an "eating disorder" but I did have depression that caused me to eat less. This year I gained only about 4 pounds and I'm 15. I've been eating more, but I just don't really gain that much weight. I've even thought of taking birth control pills, but obviously I shouldn't. How can I gain weight without being unhealthy?

well you could still keep eating healthy food and do a bit of exercise but you might want to raise the quantity of the food your eating but still do the exercising, cuz you don't want the fat do go where you don't want it to

Honestly, i wouldn't worry about it. as long as your healthy is all that matters. because you dont wanna gain weight and get alot of fatty weight. just be healthy and youll gain the weight your body needs to gain.
