How long would my luteal phase be if my menstrual cycle happens every 24 days?
-
I know that the average luteal phase is 14 days, and the average cycle happens every 28 days. But mine happens every 24 days... Would my luteal phase be less than 14 days since my cycle occurs every 24 days ? What do you think? Can I know this even approximately without getting any tests done?
-
Answer:
I'm pretty sure the luteal phase is pretty consistently 14 days, regardless of cycle length... Not entirely positive, but there are certain biological changes that have to take place which I believe takes a pretty set amount of time. Wikipedia "luteal phase".
