Tips on catching Suicune in Pokemon Soul Silver?

I can't catch it and I'm piiiiiiiiiiiissssssssseeeeeeeeeddddddddd… Lol. Anyway, I need cheats that don't involve Action Replay, if necessary. Any cheats, tips, eatser eggs or whatever, I need them please. Every time I get close to catching Suicune, it runs away, and I can't find it. And same with Latios, if you have any cheats or tips for catching that.
Answer:

Suicune runs away because your not suppose to capture him yet until you go to kanto- Cerulean City-Near bill house( where you meet Misty on that hillside, there he will wait for you and then you can capture him. Paralyze him and have lots of Ultra balls. For Latios- find a town like saffron city that has those tunnels- wait for latios to appear in either side of Safferon city as if you go through the tunnel he won't move from his spot. Good Luck
