i really want to find an anime that is like...cute and Serious at the same time. kinda like Negima. There is this one kid, with lots of girls. (and please not love hina, because the girls in that show are ugly). so yeah, if someone could help me out and maybe give me a list? thanks!

Cute and serious like Negima? There are lots of those, but none have a harem like Negima. You can try other anime based on Ken Akamatsu's work, like Love Hina.
