Where can I watch this anime online for free?

  • I've been watching the anime Weiss Kreuz (Kapitel) on Youtube, but nobody has posted the complete subtitled Gluhen series (the one person who posted it had many of the episodes removed by Youtube, and the videos had very poor sound quality). Does anybody know where I can watch it online for free, or where I can download the translated English manga (Assassin and White Shaman) for free? The links must be able to work in Canada (where I live), and the anime MUST be in the original Japanese with subtitles (I won't watch dubbed anime). Also, are there other places where I can watch anime online, and what animes would you recommend?
