I think it's pretty much right to like someone from an anime. We wouldnt have fanboys or fangirls if it's not right. Now, if you LIKE like that anime character. Well, thats a different case. But thats pretty much okay if you feel like it.

when i was 16 years old, there's a anime character that i loveeeee so much. it's a lesbian character. haruka from sailormoon. that time, all my friend had accuse me for being lesbian too. but i never ever be or feel like lesbian in my reality life. so, my advice, it's all right my dear. dont care what other people think. you have you own right to like anything u want. it's ur own unique personality

by all means... YES! there is absolutely nothing wrong with liking anime characters... i, for one, am turning 18 this year and i still love anime... ^___^
