Can you help me find this manga?

Where can I find this manga? Forgot the title...help ;_;?

• Okay so I read this manga a while ago, but it was one of those ongoing series so I stopped when I ran out of chapters. Now, it's been months, but I can't remember the title so I can't find it. I remember reading it on Mangafox.com and all I can provide is a general summary with random details. Here goes: -I know it began with a girl whose house becomes a boarding house (randomly) during the summer and she gets pretty upset -a guy moves into the house, of course and in the first chapter, his girl friend is introduced, this really cute, super klutzy character that breaks the main character's "precious cups" or something like that -the story progresses, and the guy who moves in and the main character start to develop feelings, the girl's being more prominent. -the main character has an older brother in America -there's a camping trip scene that I strongly remember where she tries to confess to the dude, but gets interrupted when his girlfriend calls/texts. -I think during the camping trip, the guy and the girl get matching cell phone straps? maybe not, not sure -_- -somewhere, the guy realizes that the klutzy girl (which he saved in a flashback) doesnt really need him, and I think breaks up with the girl -this story's main character is very realistic and moves at a kind of slow, but again realistic pace that I really enjoyed. It wasn't like one of those 6 chapter mangas that have the girl confessing by the 3rd chapter. In this story, the main character slowly figures out her true feelings and deals with them -I'm pretty sure the title had the word summer in it, but again I'm not too sure -The last chapter ended with the old girlfriend confronting the main character behind the school about the guy... The reason for this is that Miku-chan has a boyfriend, a third year, and is content with what she has. But then a chain of events occur which leaves Miku-chan with a rival (for cuteness), her father quitting his job... and a new roommate?
