Can you help me find this yaoi manga title?

  • Okay... Here's what I remember from the manga that I'm looking for... The seme cheats on the uke all the time with women. He even gets the uke to come pick him and the girl up during the middle of the night. The uke ends up leaving the seme after a fight and changes his looks. A bit later, the uke ends up dating a guy that works at the same place as the seme. By this time, the seme has started feeling pains in his stomach. Near the end of the manga, the uke has his birthday at a club or bar and the seme is there with a girl. The seme ends up on the floor in pain from his stomach (ends up being ulcers I think) and apologizes to the uke for all the pain he caused. The end has a role reversal of the seme coming to pick the uke up from a bar while he is hanging out with the girls (friends of his). So that's all I can remember. Does this sound familiar to anyone?
