I miss Dragonball Z!?!?

  • Does anyone else miss Dragonball Z? Dragonball Z: Kai is just re-runs of DBZ but just less violence and different actors but I miss the original dragonball, dragonball z, and no matter what other people think I honestly think that DBGT was pretty badass.

    Who doesnt miss DBZ. I loved it dearly, thats why im in the process of getting all the dvd seasons. I dont get them in perticular order i get get the ones i see cause no store ever has every season all together at the same time. I got season 6 first. Then 9,7,Then GT the complete series, which is two seasons and a movie finisher staring Goku Jr. 200 years later,3,4. Also, i cried at the end of both Z and GT. I actually noticed a funny coincidence about my randomized collection 3 is the death of frieza (sorta) 4 is the transition to cell 6 is the death of cell 7 is the transition to buu and 9 is the death of buu (sorta). But, if you want too enjoy the oringinal Z all over again without watching re-runs (YOU: HUH?) Then you can wach the DBZ Abridged series by Team Four Star. An abridged seires is a redubbed parody and is hilarious. i garnruntee youll love it Please watch just the first ep. its that good. they have a huge fanbase and go to conventions and everything. there are 28 episodes and counting. and music videos and christmas speacial and abridged movies like lord slug and tree of might. the guy who does the voice of vegeta sounds just like him.

i think so to, it was so bad ***. i watched the whole dragonball sires on YouTube like 8 times. it will remain in my fav top ten forever. one of my first anime.i have the dbz games and movies, action figures, and dvd sets. even when i'm like 90 i'll sit and watch dbz. it is such a good show!!!! i wish toonami would come back so i could watch dbz and all my favs.

Im not going to lie I miss dragon ball z alot to I seen them all so many times and want more!!! you should write a letter out something I miss the violence to like you said kai sucks I want the something awesome like the original DBZ, DB, and DBZGT! Your not alone!!!!

There is AF, the fan made comic-thing. It's obviously not the same as the original series. I watched the whole thing from the start a while back when I was really into it again. Kai actually does use a lot of the same voice actors. In any case, if you're really into it, you could buy the games for additional content or watch a different cartoon, like Naruto or one of the other popular ones. Some are really quite nice and you may find you like their pace and style more than DBZ.

I want it back so bad!!! They released an hour long special a while ago that nobody talked about, so there's that. DBZ kai just sucks. It's so much less fun, and even the voice actors who came back can't remember how to do the voices. DBGT was pretty bad *** until episode 40 when piccolo decided to commit suicide -.- seriously guys, it's a DragonBall series. You can't do that. It's not even cannon anymore though, so I don't care :D I guess the online game has been announced to be a legit sequel and contradicts half of GT, which was made with little to no input from the original creator. It can remain a cool spin off in my mind. This is why I'm glad I bought DBZ when Suncoast was still in business :)
