Can i get my manga published in american shonen magazine?

i am a manga artist ,but i am american and i don't speak japanese , i was sad that i can't get published at shonen jump when i suddenly learned about american shonen jump months ago. can you really get published at american shonen jump in english as you would at shonen jump? please answer me
