What is this anime called?

• Okay I saw this many years ago. It had this girl that wanted to join a church but the nuns of the church wouldn't let her because she had her hair cut really short, and she just didn't look like she would make a good nun. Her hair was like a burnt orange, and she had two identical scars on her back like they were positioned as if she had a pair of angel wings but they had been cut off. There was another girl who had long blueish black hair, wore glasses, and was part of the church that the other girl wanted to join or was about to join. The orange haired girl did something with the other girl that involved them both with no clothes and the orange haired girls scars glowing, I don't think they did anything sexual..... There was another women who wanted to join her lover who died so she killed one girl (I think the girl she killed was the one who wore the glasses) and the girl with the burnt orange hair was very angry and wanted to fight her. Actually as I can recall there was a big group of girls who all had swords. Then the evil lady killed the girl with glasses, and then the orange haired girl fought and killed her. Letting her join her dead lover. And it showed them floating wearing nothing, and they hugged that was the end of the movie...I think. Does anyone know this anime or what it comes close too, it's been bugging me for years, and I have no idea what the anime was called, and that bugs me even more...... If you don't know its just take a guess :D
