that kid from that one that's on cartoon network real late at night (like right now HEH) Shinjon, I think it's called. The style may look cheap and bad but if you look at very old Japanese drawings you could make the arguement that this cartoon represents what those drawing would look like if put to animation- and the drawings aren't bad!
