How to add voices to an instrumental?

How do you animate something and add the voices?

• Please help me.I did a bunch of drawings of wolves and scenes and all of that and I wait wanted to do an animation.Here is a little more detail.Well I have a DELL computer and I it is a wireless computer.I am not even sure if you are supposed to do animations on a computer!ughh

  If your pictures are on the computer, you can use Windows Movie Maker to animate, that's what I use (though I'm not a professional or anything). But what some people do is they do their drawings on a transparent paper and draw a background on another paper and put it behind, so they can move the characters around easily. But that is a lot of work.
